Chevrolet Ambulance

I happened to read a book on the "Battle of the Admin Box" (Burma 1944) and one of the pictures showed this model of Chevrolet was being used as an ambulance. The rear body was a slightly different construction, but the cab and bonnet looked the same. So from the three-quarter front view, as close as I could, I constructed this three part body out of 3D printed pieces. I hope it is somewhere near the mark.
